Carol Nace, LMT, CAP, PKT

My approach to healing through Ayurveda and Massage is by channeling my energy into understanding the uniquely divine needs of each client.  I believe that each of us can optimize our health and wellbeing by becoming enlightened to our true self. My mission is to be your guide towards understanding how choices regarding food, lifestyle, and interactions with your environment and relationships impact your wellness.

How did I come to Ayurveda?  I was introduced to Ayurveda in a yoga class in 2005.  A year later, my health started to be severely compromised and after seeing loved ones be affected by the negative affects of treatment plans focused on medications and symptom based health management, I wanted to try a more natural approach. Recalling the conversation in that early yoga class, I decided to try Ayurveda.  My first consultation resulted in dramatic lifestyle and diet changes, which also resulted in dramatic, positive results within the first 30 days.  I was instantly hooked!

After years of self study and incorporating an Ayurvedic lifestyle, I decided to become formally educated as a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner and PanchaKarma technician. With a passion to enlighten others with the knowledge and benefits of Ayurveda, I formed Bodhi Ayurveda in 2011.  In August of 2015, Bodhi Ayurveda opened as an Ayurveda Wellness Center in Mequon WI.

After many years of study and areas of focus, I offer a traditional approach to healing modern lifestyle health issues. My studies have lead me to become a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, PanchaKarma technician and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.
